This modern, bright, spacious duplex on the top of the house is a perfect place for your family/friends/group to enjoy. The house is fenced, and the doors have a smart lock

Kids room - a bird-view of the street
1 twin, 1 trundle twin, 3 sleeps in total. A portable AC unit is installed in the summer only to provide extra cold air during super hot summer days.
(Note: The 3rd and 4th bedrooms in the photos are the same room space, one with 2 sleeps, one with 3 sleeps cuz one has a twin bed and one has a trundle twin bed. The platform doesn't have a selection for a trundle bed so I demonstrate them in 2 different bedrooms.)

Summary: We stayed here while visiting my Dad during the holidays. His apartment is a bit cramped when we visit and very noisy so we were looking for a quiet place to stay. This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The apartment was extremely comfortable and quiet (I couldn't believe how quiet it was for a city apartment). As runners, we also enjoyed exploring the path along the Chicago River, which is only about a mile away.
